Welcome to the terms and conditions page of Ant Print, a printing and design company located at antprint.co.uk. Please read the following carefully, as these terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services.

1. General Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific products or services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone, social media or via email. Upon receipt of your order, we will provide you with a quote for the requested services. Payment must be made in full before any work can commence unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver all products within the estimated timeframe agreed upon with the client. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control such as bad weather, strikes, lockdowns or delivery company errors. We will notify you if there is any delay in delivery.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Orders can not be cancelled once you have paid and finalised your last proof.
We do not offer refunds for any customized products in accordance with local and international laws, if we have designed your item to be printed and you have agreed to the design being printed then that is final, we cannot be held responsible for you not proof reading/looking at the design clearly then finding fault with images, text, design or colouring after the item has been recieved by you/your company.
This also applies to any digital file or media we have created for you which you then find a fault with after proofing and finalising and then have printed elsewhere, we will always edit any digital media for you for free if there is a fault which you find and have not yet used in print or otherwise.
But we will replace any faulty products at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and artwork created by Ant Print remain the property of Ant Print unless otherwise stated. Clients may not use any artwork or designs for commercial purposes without our express permission unless otherwise stated, logos are exempt from this and can be used by the client as you see fit. Ant Print does not accept any liability for infringement of any intellectual property rights resulting from the use of materials supplied by the client.

6. Liability

Ant Print shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by any act or omission beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, fire, flood, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our website and services, you consent to our use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

8. Amendments

Ant Print reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
