DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO

90% of our products are sent with FREE standard or express delivery, this does not mean because it’s free it will be low quality. We use Royal Mail, DPD, Fedex, Hermes, Collect+ and DHL for most shipping.
Most small items sent out will come via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, larger items will be courier delivered.

All free delivery options are for UK mainland customers only, customers from anywhere else other than the UK mainland must contact us first before ordering.

 

  • Small items will take 2-5 days delivery.
  • Packets and medium parcels 2-5 days delivery.
  • Larger items 2-10 days depending on the order.
  • All courier orders come with a delivery date & tracking.

Delivery times are separate from production times in many cases, paper printing is aligned with the postal times set out above.
For example other items such as web design, 3D printing, mug printing, clothing printing amongst others, will have individual time frames depending on the order.

SENDING YOUR FILES IN FOR PRINT

When ordering any custom printed item you can attach files or images, you will find a file uploader on the checkout page.

This can only accept one file per full order at checkout, if you have multiple or larger files please use our multi file uploader page, or click the link below, full instructions of usage are detailed there.

 

 

Don’t worry, we only print when we have all the relevant files from you, all files get a free basic check, this ensures no images are missing and that they are not pixelated. We do not check for colour correction or spelling mistakes so please double check these, if it’s not right we will contact you either via Whatsapp, phone or email.

All files sent in must be using the CMYK colour pallet, for more info on RGB vs CMYK please tap this link.

Once you have sent your file in for print and it passes the file check, we will go to print. No changes can be made after this time.

We also have a very strict privacy and intellectual property policy, so you can be assured any files or images are kept safe at all times, you have full control over what we do with your details or files. You can request us to delete or save anything you want at anytime.

 

RETURNS INFO

Please read the following instructions carefully, we cannot accept any returns without a return code.

You can get a code anytime by contacting us, or by using the request form below, please add your name, your order number id and email address plus the reason for returning your item(s)

 

  • If a product is damaged or broken please contact us straight away.
  • If you’re returning an unwanted item you must send it back in the original packaging within 14 days, it must be unopened and unused. Any postage cost for returning will be met by you the customer.
    (a 20% restock fee also applies)
  • We can’t accept a return for custom printed or custom made items unless it has been damaged in transit.
  • If any item has been damaged by a courier company, please inform the person delivering that the parcel is damaged, they sometimes have a protocol for such events, otherwise call us straight away.
    (take photo evidence as well if possible) 
  • Please make sure your files (if any) are 100% correct, photos should be high resolution, you should own the rights to the images or works or have license to use them, also check all spellings and info are correct.
  • We print using the CMYK palette, please check any colour choices are correct before we print.
  • Be aware CMYK prints out slightly duller than what is replicated on a device screen (RGB).
  • All files are basic checked for free to make sure no images are missing and that they are not pixelated, we do not check for colour correction or spelling mistakes
  • If these print rules are not followed we cannot accept responsibility or returns for errors made by customers, we will try to help the best we can in these circumstances.

RETURN CODE & QUERY FORM


Be as specific as possible when requesting a returns code or raising a query. If you have any images to send, please attach them to your message.
If you are just creating a query ticket/message and are not returning anything please place 0000 in the order id box.
