What happens next
- After purchase – Once you have chosen your design bundle or bundles we will contact you to get any more info we may need.
- Mock-up’s and Proofing – If you chose the website bundle we will contact you for more info and design style. All other bundles we will create your designs and send them to you for proofing, once you’re happy we will send over your designs in PDF and high resolution PNG format. If you require other formats just ask.
- Unlimited revisions – All designs come with unlimited revisions until your happy and sign off on the designs. If you require edits after signing off you will need to re purchase the bundle or single design item.
- Get your designs printed – Now you have some superbly made designs you will need them printing? We can help, check our print bundles out for great value print and seeing as you bought your designs from us we will give you a 5% discount on any printed item (contact us for this discount).

We begin the process by presenting you with a variety of initial concepts, which we will then refine based on your feedback until we have arrived at a design that meets your complete satisfaction.
Our design process allows for unlimited revisions to ensure your logo is precisely what you desire. Once completed, we will provide you with your logo in both PDF and SVG/EPS formats, as well as a high-resolution transparent background PNG file and a smaller version optimized for social media use.
Website design
We’ll begin by creating a custom one-page design for your website that includes a .co.uk domain name and two matching email accounts. Our design process starts by presenting you with several initial concepts that you can choose from, and we’ll work with you to refine the chosen design until it matches your exact vision.
We understand the importance of a visually appealing and user-friendly website that’s optimised for search engines, which is why we offer unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the final result. Once we finalize the design, we’ll then host the website for you and send you all the details for your email accounts. You’ll receive a fully functional responsive website designed to change on various screen sizes.
The initial cost is a one off fee for the design and implementation, there will be a recurring annual fee for hosting, maintenance and domain registration which is £50 payable on month 13 of your website being live. We have a comprehensive website owners PDF manual which states our fees and policies which we can send before or after completion.
Print media designs
We kick off the design process by presenting you with a range of initial concepts for each specific product. We’ll take your feedback and refine the chosen concept until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
Our design process includes unlimited revisions to ensure that the final design meets your complete satisfaction. Once we finalize the design, we’ll deliver it to you in the appropriate format for your printing needs. You’ll receive a high-resolution file suitable for printing in PDF format, as well as a smaller, optimized PNG version for online use.
